Rick M. Cook (he/him) Rick is a speculative fiction author living in Beaverton, Oregon. His dream of providing a home for ten thousand dogs has been put on hold pending an HOA review. Until then, he remains a retired software engineer/consultant and lover of science fiction & fact. He’s a member of Willamette Writers, working on his SFWA membership, and has published stories in the anthologies The Phone (editor: J. Komp) and Stories (Within) (editor: Benjamin Gorman).
